Is it legal to serve alcohol at my wedding if I'm under 21?

Tiffeny, on November 13, 2019 at 10:46 AM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 4

My FH and I are both underage (He's 19, I'm 18), but we're wanting to serve alcohol for our guests. Does anyone know if it's actually legal to do so in Arkansas?

This is only legal if someone over 21 is buying and serving the alcohol and if only over 21 guest are drinking it.

As long as there is a bar tender I don’t see how it could be illegal

I don't know specific Arkansas laws, but as long as you have bartenders that are of age, the alcohol was purchased by and stored with someone who is of age, and no one under 21 consumes, you should be ok.

As long as your bartender and the people being served alcohol are at least 21 it's fine.
