I'm planning a New York wedding from Los Angeles. I just started but have read/heard that if you're planning a wedding across the country you should probably hire a planner.
I budgeted for a day-of coordinator but not a full wedding planner. Anyone have any experience they could share? And pricing?
Also, we're considering having the wedding in my fiancé's father's backyard so in that case I think I would probably need the extra help to figure everything out right?
I know it might seem like I'm putting the cart before the horse here because we haven't even locked down a venue but I want to decide if I should rework our budget to accommodate a planner.
