Are you totally over the tradition of dressing your wedding party identically? Or do you still love the uniform look of matching bridesmaids dresses?? What's your stance on this bridesmaid tradition? Ditching. Might pick one website with one fabric and color, or I might even let them choose any dress within a color scheme. Haven't decided yet. Might need to feel out what they'd prefer.

Ditch. I have too many different body types in my bridal party to even attempt to choose a dress that would satisfy everyone. I chose a color, length, and fabric. They can choose the style.

Nothing. Just having a MOH and she will have a dress.

I love the idea of mismatched dresses, but I only have two ladies, and I am afraid it would look like a mistake if they were different, so they are wearing the same dress.

I found a dress that worked with everyone's body types. For 3 people, I thought having mismatched dresses might not have the same effect if I had say 6-8 bridesmaids.

Could your MOH wear a special dress? Do you have two MOH's? Could you talk to the other one to see if she'd be willing to buy the ones your other MOH liked?

I have 2 MOH's. My sister and my cousin. My cousin tried on the one that my sister feels comfortable in but she did not like it.

Is your sister matching the rest of the group or different? Could you try having them each pick out their own gown in same color etc. So then your two MOHs are wearing their own dresses and everyone else the same?

This is why I'm leaning more towards having them all wear a different top design in the same material and color.

Ditch- similar colors, different styles. 2 BM have same style and other 2 BM chose the same style.

I have 4 bridesmaids and 2 MOH's. They all have different style dresses, except for two of them who happened to like the same one (different colors), and each dress is one of three colors - pale rose, mauve and wine. I originally wanted them all to be mauve, but when we went dress shopping one of my MOH's fell in love with a dress that was only available in wine, so we changed things up a little!

Ditching. My girls all have different shapes and I feel that wouldn’t be fair to them to wear the same dress style

Nope. I picked the color and length, they can pick the dresses. I want them to be happy with their dresses, hopefully get a dress they'll be able to wear again, and be respectful of different budgets.

Originally was going with this one but MoH wanted a different dress and then had one of my girls get surgery and therefore be unable to attend. My cousin subbed in with a different dress so everyone is slightly different.

Matching! FH likes the look better and all 4 girls are obsessed with the dress so...works for me!
