Ideas in Place of a Reception

One of the concepts i have been seeing is people host different dinner parties for different friend groups. and through those dinner parties they show photos and videos and recap the ceremony and stuff. kind of like mini dinner receptions in a sense except there's no bells and whistles and it's not one giant party, it's more intimate that way.
