Has anyone DIYed something like this . How many different ice cream flavors did you serve ? Did you start to serve while the cake was being cut ? How did the keep the ice cream while serving ? Please share your experience and suggestions ! I just wanna make sure I don't miss something . I'm trying...

I don't know if I should admit this.. But we're doing ice cream instead of cake, for 200 people we are just under 2k
It is "boozy ice cream" so we'll have 2 liquor infused flavors and one NA and they're traveling probably close to 5 hrs for us.. But it was one of the things I set my heart on and made happen, even if it is excessive.

If you are going to post - dont disappear.
If you are going to serve ice-cream serve ice-cream. Not some crap tou can get for less than 1 penny a serving and give me 2 m&ms on top!

Nicole that sounds great! I was going to have an ice cream cake instead of a cake cake. I don't think anyone is ragging on ice cream, they're ragging on doing it for an entire wedding party for a few dollars.

Spazzy, I swear, I have never tasted anything as unbelievably delicious as Cherry Garcia. I've tried a few of their other flavors, but nothing compares.
