Well yesterday at 6:00 PM was my appointment for my final fitting. I got there at 5:45 as I always arrive at appointments 15 minutes early. Well when I got there they informed me that they just called me and that my dress was not ready. Well I got a little upset but whatever. So they informed me that it would be ready this morning. I asked them several times that it would definitely be ready and they said yes. I wasn't happy as I had plans today but I went ahead and canceled them and got up to go to my new appointment. I drove across town and when I arrived they informed me that it STILL was not ready. Well now I am really starting to get upset. My parents informed me that I was acting like a child and that I needed to cool it. So I cooled it and left the store. Went to my parents house and waited around all day for them to call me. Come 3PM I still had not heard from them so my mom called and they informed me that the dress was done. So my mom asked them to double check. (Cont.)

Call David's BRidal Coorporate office and follow up with a letter (remembering to keep copys) Let them know what happend and that your dress was damaged when you finally got it. Let them know how much stress and aggravation this caused you and your family not only before your Wedding Day but during as well. This is your day and by them causing this undue stress might of possibly ruined your most important day of your life. Let them know that you belong to quit a few Bridal Chat lines and the reviews you are planning on posting will not be favorable towards them. Let them know that you have never made a habit of this but you do not want the next bride to ever have to spend her days in the manner that Davids Bridal has made you. If they do not try to resolve this for you by giving you your money back or store credits or something that will help ease the suffering you have gone through...carry through with the promise of letting all the brides know what it is like dealing with them.

I do not like David’s bridal because 9/10 times the customer service sucks. I went in one time to browse wedding dresses and was told I could not try any on due to not having an appointment booked. Normally this would be fine with me except the store was empty. Not a single person other than employees. And I was told not to unzip the dress bags since I wasn’t going to try them on anyways. Yeah I can totally get a great idea on what the dress looks like in the bag. Anyways, I walked out and never went back. They obviously do not need my business. Good news is I found an awesome dress for a decent price at a competitors store.
