I need to lose 5lbs in one week. Help a girl out!

My first dress fitting is next Tuesday 4/28 - I know it's early but my dress has a ton of details and has Swarovski crystals from top to bottom so i need the seamstress to truly take her time with it and if she can't do it I'll still have time to find someone else. I am scared as shit to be honest...

I am scared as shit to be honest and I know its gonna cost me!

I tried my dress on last night and it was still a bit tight on me. I need to lose about 5-7lbs fast - Any advice??

    If you really want to do something that drastic you have to work out. Even eating 1200 calories a day without working out won't do what you want. And eating less than that is just downright bad for you. If you're really serious about it, I'd hire a trainer and do like four sessions if you can't motivate yourself. It will be crazy hard but it will jumpstart your body and you'll have someone to really push you. Combine that with a clean diet, you could totally do it.

    I lost 12lbs in two weeks while going through radiation. All I "ate" was Chocolate Ensure: one for breakfast, one for lunch and one for dinner because I couldn't swallow solid food. Not exactly the best way to lose weight, but it's been a month and the weight is still off (and I'm finally able to eat real food again.)

    Google the "military diet" if you can 100% stick to it for 3 days it works wonders!

    Well our air conditioner went out upstairs today and I think I've sweated off 10 pounds.

    A couple years ago I did the GM diet and lost about 8 pounds. Mostly water weight but it helps give you a mental boost too! I don't know if I'll be able to do it in the 50 days before my wedding (stress eater, work and wedding stuff) but you can lose weight with it. There's an optional cabbage soup part of it too that I never did.

    I've lost 7 pounds in 3 weeks just by changing my diet, under 1400 calories a day, no fast food, no pop, 1-2 cups of coffee a week, and I have incorporated a protein smoothie into my diet. I do a scoop of whey protein, strawberry flavor, 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened, and then frozen fruit like strawberries, mango, pineapple, grapes. I replace my breakfast with this shake 3 days out of the week. I have also upped my protein intake and I have not exercised once. I am sure I would loose more weight if I exercised but I am so busy planning I just don't have the time.
