Pants suits and jump suits are your best bet .. Look at local stores like Macy’s JCPenney Nordstrom even forever 21 Charlotte Russe Windsor and also if you are looking online lulus, ASOS, azzie are all great too

The photos you posted are jumpsuits. Are you looking for a pantsuit or a jumpsuit? Jumpsuits are super trendy right now, so many stores offer them.

My sister has a similar situation with one of her bridemaids being non binary she is giving them the option of a pantsuit, jumpsuit, or wearing slacks and a blouse or dress shirt that it the same as the dress color. There are aplenty of options out there that they are sure to feel comfortable in one of them.

Here are a couple pant suit options I found at David's Bridal. I would also try the mall, places like Macys, Pennys etc or if you have time, you can try online boutiques or even Amazon. Just check their return policies.

Thanks for all the options! I'm not finding many that are single color at places like Macy's, Nordstroms, etc. I'll keep looking. BTW, some places call both styles pantsuits and/or jumpsuits, so I'm looking at both. Might be a one piece, might be matching pants and different shirts. I may have to have them made. Any other ideas appreciated. Thanks again!

Filter for the color blue, they have lots! You may need to get the items hemmed or otherwise altered since it’s more of a women’s retailer than kids/juniors retailer.
If you prefer a suit (blazer and pants), then try J Crew or Express, depending on your budget and taste. Express has men’s suits too so if you shopped there you might be better able to coordinate all the outfits in the same shade of navy.
