I need Ideas on how to ask my step daughter to be my maid of honor.

If it was me I would do it in a way she communicates and make it something on her line. If she's 14 find something she absolutely loves and plan around that. Like a singer or a movie. Her favorite restaurant.

If she has a favorite actor find a picture and make it a meme or something and ask that way.

I'd just ask. She probably has no idea what would expect and you don't want to put too much pressure on her.

I asked my 13yo daughter.... I said, "hey, should we get you a Maid-of-honor dress, or do you want to look for a dress a guest would wear?" I didn't want to make her feel pressured. She excitedly asked for a MOH dress. She then asked if it meant she had to plan a bachelorette party or bridal shower and how she thought it would be inappropriate for a kid her age to do that. LOL Be sure to communicate to her that she only needs to wear a pretty dress and hold your flowers.
