i need help for theme and color.

Have you checked Pinterest and Etsy for ideas...this is where I started

I think crimson and grey look really beautiful but I may be bias because they are close to my wedding colors.

I started with a Pinterest board and just pinned ideas I like in my color scheme. You can always go back later and delete ones you don't like if you change your mind.

The Knot also has a little quiz to help you determine your wedding style, which might give you a place to start.

I'm getting married on Leap Day too! We were originally planning on getting married this fall, but when we saw, Leap Day was a Saturday next year, we had to do it! I love crimson & grey together! Usually a venue can help determine what your theme is. Having it in a ballroom, is glamorous so you could do some sparkle or glitter. We're getting married in a 1920's building with exposed brick and wood, which is rustic, but I love glitter so we're doing both! Our theme is rustic glam! I looked at Pinterest to help determine what I wanted but also looked at pictures on Facebook from people that had the same color scheme/type of venue as us.

Agree with this. I started by just pinning things that I liked in my colors and then narrowing it down from there once I was able to solidify what I was leaning toward.

I can only speak for myself, but my FH is actually wanting to be pretty involved in the planning process (it's his day, too, after all), so what I've done is pin things I like, then show him and get his feedback. It helped narrow things down a lot. He surprised me by really liking the watercolor look of some of the things I pinned, so that's the direction we went for our invitations, which lead to an idea for a guestbook alternative and cake decoration ideas, etc. Kind of gave us a direction that I don't think I ever would have settled on by myself. If your FH doesn't want to be involved, as someone who you trust who knows your style to help you narrow things down. If nothing else, you learn what you really do like when someone else tries to talk you out of it!

True that. Well he is always like “whatever you like” haha. But of course. Ill ask him if he likes what i choose too.
