I love using the word fiancé(e) - true or false?

True! I'm excited to get married and it's all pretty new, so I definitely like saying that FH's my fiance.

True! I love it But, I cannot wait to call him my husband!

False. I use it, but it feels weird to me, I'm not sure why.

True! It still makes me feel excited every time I use it or my fiancee uses it!

False. I use it, but it sounds so showboaty. Like I want people to ask me about my wedding or other details around my engagement. The title is obvious short term and it feels like you are asking to be ask. Dont like it.

I haven't really gotten to say it yet since we JUST got engaged but I joking call him "Beyone with an F" when I say it to him

False, it almost feels like I'm bragging or fishing for attention.

False... as some of the other posters said, it feels like I'm bragging! I still use it because I want people to know he's more than just my boyfriend. Can't wait 'til I can just call him my husband!

False! I literally hate saying it. Can't wait to be able to say husband on Saturday!!

I did love it! And was a little sad I could only say it 2.5 months since we eloped before the wedding to get him on my insurance

False!! It's a weird word, and doesn't feel right coming out of my mouth. Plus, I agree with PPs here that it also feels like showing off, or like I'm fishing for people to ask questions, etc. Too foo-foo for me!

I think it's a weird word. My daughter can't say it, though, so she calls my FH my "fancy". I like that better, so that's what I call him too. Hehe

True but verryyy eager to call him my husband We have so much history together, even before we were engaged I felt like "boyfriend" was so juvenile for the way we felt about each other lol
