I went wedding dress shopping for the first time today and actually had fun (I hate shopping in general). I found a dress I love, and I think it looks pretty good on, and will look even better if I can drop a few pounds as I plan to. Is it too young a dress for my age, though? I'm 42. Maybe cut off...

I don't think anyone is ever too old for a dress (unless your trying to wear some short, tube top dress, then that would not be appropriate!) The dress looks great on you!

I absolutely hate stereotypes that say people of a certain age can't do certain things.
If you love this dress, feel beautiful, and feel like a bride then you rock it!
I'm a hair stylist and we have a like 75 year old granny come in who has gray hair and hot pink streaks and she is like my favorite person because she just doesn't give a fuck if her hair is 'age appropriate' she loves it and wants to do it so she does!!!!
