My dress is lace with an overskirt. I have so many ideas for accessories but I would really love suggestions. I really want to do a statement head piece but I’m not sure of how it looks with the romance of the lace in my dress. Btw, my colors are dusty blue, gray, and pale pink.

    I think a statement piece would go wonderfully! I think the 2nd in particular is just simple/pretty enough to not "overwhelm" the look.


    Pleaseplease tell where you got the overskirt? Im strongly considering a mermaid type dress with an overskirt to give the A-line look (I cant decide between the 2 so I figuree thats a way to do both).

    Thanks Daisha! Those were my exact thoughts on the second piece vs. the first one although I love both. I was sold on the mermaid style until I found this dress which is a sheath silhouette with the overskirt that came with it. I purchased from David’s Bridal. I am not sure if the overskirt can be purchased separately.

    Your dress is beautiful! I love both of the headpieces, the second one is my personal favorite but the first one goes with the lace on your dress really well!

    Gorgeous dress! I love the 1st headpiece but looks like you’re stuck wearing it lower. The 2nd is beautiful and can be worn high or low. I vote for versatility!
