i am sick and our wedding is in 14 hours

How do I get through this. Good news it's short from 10:30-3 pm


Bad news I have an upper respiratory infection. It's fever, congestion, coughing.
The make up artist has a 2 month old and I have to go to her home.
My groom is awesome and literally handled all the things remaining on the to do list today (picking up my sister at the airport, handling the hiccups, etc). I know I got a good one. He's a sweet guy and my best friend Smiley smile

    Also you definitely need to explain the situation for your makeup artist. It could be very dangerous for her 2 month old to be exposed to your germs!

    Tell your Mua. Let her decide. But she can wear a face mask. Come to you and wear a smock over her clothing.


    Go get some Emergen - C take 3000mg in water. Sip on it for an hour. Before bed make a hot cup of honey lemon ginger and two shots of rum or whiskey.

    Go to urgent care and get some antibiotics and drugs! Ask the MU if she can come to you for a nice big tip.

    She said no. She is breast feeding and has no expressed milk. The baby is on a very tight feeding schedule. So, it's cancelled.

    Also, she's scared of getting sick herself. I understand but bummed. I would do the same in her shoes. I have a clear conscience though. I was looking forward to it.

    This is my worst fear! I hope your wedding is still amazing tho! Hopefully afterwards you can take a nice nap and try to kick this thing is the butt. Cold and flu season is no joke this year.

    I think I am just going to be make up free and rock it. I have been getting a lot of facials and really taking care of my skin so it doesn't look too terrible. I will look sick but there are worse things

    Just do powder on the face, a cute lip, and mascara. Should last/be super easy to reapply, and keep you from looking too red.
