Husband Donating Sperm

I personally wouldn't be okay with it. I don't like the idea of FH fathering a child to another woman

I think I would be weirded out by it. But at the same time he would be helping someone.

Mine tried but we discovered he doesn't qualify for it. I don't meet the criteria for egg donation either. 🤷🤣
Overall it's kind of weird. They also restrict how and when you can have sex with your spouse so I would speculate most spouses wouldn't want to be told they can't have sex.

It would depend on how my FH feels but personally, I think that the child would want to know their father and it would be hard on the child so I would feel bad about it.

I would be very uncomfortable knowing my husband has a child outside of our marriage with some random woman whom we don't know. I know it's for a good cause, but I still wouldn't be comfortable doing it just like I would not donate my eggs for the same reason.

I wouldn't be okay with it. As PPs have said I wouldn't want him to be a father to strangers children. I'm in genealogy groups on FB and there are a lot of people out there that struggle to find their genetic families and a lot of these people end up having identity issues and insecurities feeling like they were abandoned. The sperm and egg donation isn't quite the same thing as being adopted but they're similar.

I'd probably find it a little wierd. But then, it would depend on his intentions and rationale. I could be okay with it.
