My Ring Bearer Was My 2.5 Year Old Son, Flower Girl Was My 1.5 Year Old Niece, She Ended Up Following Asleep Right Before The Ceremony And Was Carried Down The Aisle And Slept The Whole Time Lmao.

Based on everyone's responses in this discussion, I think I'm going to have the flower girl and ring bearers all walk down the aisle together, so that the older kids can help guide the 2 year old down the aisle. My stepson and nephew shared a sign that said "here comes the bride" and our son(2yr old) walked out with the flower girl with a sign that said "daddy here comes mommy"

I agree that kids are unpredictable, and I think that's what makes me most nervous about whether or not to include them. We are having our kids be ring bearer and flower girl. Our son will be 9 and our daughter will be almost 3.

I'm thinking I'm going to do the same, and have the 2-year-old walk down the aisle with his sister (our flower girl) and also with our other ring bearer (both of which are a few years older than him), I think it would work better for them to help guide him down the aisle.

My flower girls were 8 and 3. the 8-year-old helped guide the 3-year-old down the aisle. I think as long as they can walk the whole distance, and if they have someone to help them down the aisle, they'll be fine
