You can use the Eagle Scout emblem on many things. Maybe do the grooms cake with it on it.

His parent can wear their parent pin as well as you can get him a eagle pin to wear, if he doent already have one.

I like the idea of the groom's cake, I think that is the most tasteful. you could also put his mother's eagle pin on your bouquet (like a broach) and have that be your something borrowed.

Maybe Eagle Scout BINDER - for an album or something?

You can also do a table for him. See picture!

Or a special box to keep his mementos?

These are some great ideas. My FH is in the Boy Scouts too along with his family. I've been thinking about that with him too. I might have to do the Groom's cake thing. Smiley smile

Does he have close friends that are eagle scouts as well? I'm picturing the military weddings, where men in uniform stand on either side of the aisles when the couple leaves. But, since it's not military, maybe you could alter it a little bit. Like, maybe surprise him by having a bunch of eagle scouts, in uniform, line the aisles as he walks in, or after the pics when you and FH enter the reception site.

If you want to go along with Kristin's idea, I believe you can buy scout uniforms even if you arent a scout. They could all wear uniforms. Or, Tan button up shirts with green pants with a neck scarf to match FH's.

I like the cake idea, that way its not over the top but something that is special to him. he hasnt asked for much to make it his day also. so i think this is a way to give it a little bit of who he is.

If you are doing any photos of when you where younger you could include one of him in uniform. You could even do a shadow box with his merit badge sash , eagle pin and certificate. Have you looked on the BSA store website at all the things they have?

What about your garter? My FH is a Houston Police officer and I'm getting a custom garter made for him as a surprise.
