How to include uncle in wedding ceremony

Hi everyone, I am getting married in May and my fiancé and I have already picked our wedding party, however, I have a many uncles but one that is super close to me, much more like an older brother, not that I am not close to other uncles but he has just always been there. I would love to include him somehow, to show that he is special to me. But I'm not sure how to do it. I don't want to ask my fiancé to add him as a groomsmen because he is close with him as well but not like I am. And I don't want to ask him to be in my bridal party. Any ideas on something small just to include him and let him know he's special to me?
