How to decorate ceremony space?

Gwendolyn, on March 2, 2020 at 4:57 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 2

Hi all,

I'm trying to figure out an inexpensive way to decorate my ceremony space. There is no bridal party (if that matters). Since my wedding is in July, the windows will be open (like the second picture). I do not want a runner or any petals on the floor (too much clean-up).

Would having a plant stand like this with a bouquet on it (planning on just getting two large ones from Costco, hopefully with a lot of greenery) look ok? Would it look better with a cover?

I do not plan on doing chair covers (because my DoC will not do them and I do not want to ask my family to deal with them), should I maybe add a sash or something to the chairs a long the aisle? There will only be four aisle seats (20 chairs total). Should I try to do something with all of the chairs?

The stand with just a floral arrangement would look fine. Don’t think it would need a cover

    Hey there, Gwendolyn Smiley smile

I really like the idea of the plant stand with your floral arrangements! That will look good.

Likewise, I think adding some decor to the end of the chairs that line the aisle is a great idea. Here are some inspo pics I found on Pinterest -
