It will be 6 months on 4/16 that me and FH have been engaged. I haven't had it professionally cleaned yet and I'm super eager to get it cleaned and checked by a professional. How often do you get your ring professionally cleaned?

@HappilyEverAfter329, sapphires are "soft" stones so they come loose or fall out easily. A lot of the time they just shatter and you don't realize it's gone until you take your ring off or look at it. I've lost 3 of them and one is cracked right now.
I'm a nanny, my job isn't that crazy!
