Mine is not expensive at all.... but I was looking for something small and simple since our ceremony is just us, our kids, and his parents. I am only paying $55 for mine at our local florist. It consists of stargaizer lilies with white roses wrapped with silver and black ribbon. Our order from the florist consist of my bouquet, MOH bouquet (just stargaizer lillies) and 3 boutonnieres for the guys (groom, best man, and my son) for a total of $131.

Mine was 150, and I didn't consider that overly expensive.

I thought some of you may like to see how to make your own hand-tied wedding bouquet. I just posted some instructions on how this bouquet can be made with simple lavender and pale pink spray roses. Here is a link http://freshrosepetals.blogspot.com/

I paid $125.00 for mine. It wasn't large but it had mango calla lillies, circus roses and large gerbers.. It was beautiful and perfect. The picture is what mine was based off of, but mine was a little smaller.

I'm DIYing a brooch bouquet but was previously trying to decide between real and brooch and looking at this thread makes me think I'm am making the right choice budget wise. I'm going to try to work to a budget of $100, hope not to go over $150. I've been picking up brooches for $1.20 a piece and I think I need 60, plus the cost of wire and ribbon.

@ Cavan $60 for a toss bouquet is way to steep. tell her you want to pay $20-$25.00. I lucked out I dropped the toss boiquet off my proposal my Cousin In law made a toss bouquet out of fake roses.

A friend of mine used silk flowers. They looked fine especially in the pictures. Plus she was able to dance with them and they could take a lot of shaking. I think she got them here. I used real... and I think looking back... paid too much.
