How much is a wedding cake?

$200 for something like this.
Wil be much bigger and feed 175 guest.

6 tier cake all fake except 1 which we will cut. 2 sheet cakes. 300 servings

Our cake will be around $400, 3 tiers, pretty simple.

I’m having a 4tier cake that will feed about 125 ppl. We’re saving the top for our one yr Anniversary. And we’re having 50-75 cupcakes. The cake is $450. I haven’t priced the cupcakes yet.

One way to cut costs is to have a small cake for cutting and then sheet cakes of the same flavor and icing that gets served to guests. Just an idea!

I live in a very popular area, I haven't found a cake for a better price but this cake has two flavors of cake and two flavors of buttercream. Sour cream pound cake and chocolate sour cream pound cake in each tier and then hot chocolate buttercream in between the flavors. Then a white chocolate buttercream on the outside of the cake. We will save the top tier and serve the bottom two. Feeds about 150.

Mine was $250 for two tiers almost just like that, plus the flowers were $75. Things cost more in certain places. Be glad you are in Wisconsin. Lol

Wedding Cake

We are looking at a two tier, that feeds about 50 it will be around $100 and then 7 dozen cupcakes for $75.

Probably not traditional but We’re not spending a whole lot on our cake. We’re getting ours done at Sams club. It’s very cheap and they do just as good of job as some professional ones I’ve seen. I’m having them do a simple 2 tier cake and 48 cupcakes and I’m going to add flowers and decorations to it. Probably will cost us around $75. We don’t have a very large budget, as we’re saving to purchase our first home.

We had a small 2 tier cake, and 1/2 sheet cake. For 45 guests. The 2 tier was $375, the 1/2 sheet $125. We also served s'mores galore Cheesecake for $275.

200 cupcakes, five flavors, displayed on a 6 tier cupcake stand plus a Groom's Cake (deliverd the night before at the RD) for $480; $1.75/cupcake. Price includes cupcake stand rental, delivery and set-up.

My cake will be $130.00 plus tax for a 2 layer cake that will be about 30 servings. This will be the cake that is out for everyone to see that we will cut. I am ordering it from a professional baker. Myself, my FH, our immediate family and the bridal party will be served this cake.

I am going to order 2 half sheet cakes from Walmart. One with buttercream icing and one with the whipped icing. Half white/Chocolate for one and half yellow/chocolate for the other. Those should be about $25.00 each, they will feed the remaining 70 guests.

So $180.00 total for 100 servings.

My two tiered cake will look similar to this.

We are ordering sheet cake from Costco for our guests for $55.78 total. For our cutting cake, we are looking at a baker for $30-$80 depending on what we pick.
