How much for 10hr wedding day photography?!

This is going to depend a lot on location and photographer experience. I paid $4600 for engagement photos, 9 hours of coverage on wedding day, 2 hours of coverage at welcome party, 2 shooters on wedding day in 2018 in Carmel, California.

Proximity to a large city and experience are two of the factors that can drive a price up. I’m paying 5k, 2 videographers, 1 photographer, drone footage, 5-7 min trailer , 30-45 min feature film, and raw footage of the entire day, 10 hours. In NYC.

I have one photographer for the whole day and I'm paying $1750. This doesn't include prints or other products but does include an engagement shoot. I'm in northern Michigan.

Orange County, California - $1,300 for two photographers, all day coverage, engagement shoot, and post-wedding elopement shoot. I will say this is absolutely not the norm for the area. I got super lucky and came across up-and-coming photographers on Instagram who were highly motivated to build their wedding portfolio, especially their elopement/destination wedding portfolio, so they threw in the elopement shoot as an extra bonus. They charge about double now, and even then, I’m not sure if they’ve restructured their packages to limit hours.

When I got quotes I was getting stuff like $2-3k

In Southern California, we're paying $4000 for 9 hours on the wedding day, 2 shooters, an engagement shoot, and a 10x10 wedding album.

In Connecticut, we’ve spoken to a photographer who does 10 hours, 2 photographers, and the engagement shoot for $3,000.

2000 for 8 hours and an engagement shoot. 2 photographers

I'm around Nashville, TN. We booked 1 photographer for 6hrs on wedding day for 1500. An engagement session for included at no extra cost.

I was quoted $3700 for all day (8+ hours), engagement session, and 2 photographers. I live in the SF Bay Area.

$2700 in rural Wisconsin for 8 hours. She’s amazing and will definitely be worth it!

$800 for 8 hours in southern AL. I reached out to a friend who has a lot of local connections (she’s a realtor) and she recommended our photographer. He doesn’t want to shoot just weddings all the time, and doesn’t advertise as a wedding photographer, so that helped us to save a ton. And his pictures are gorgeous

We are paying $5300 for 8 hours of coverage with 2 people photographing - doesn’t include engagement photos or albums or anything. We are in the CA Bay Area

I'm paying $6300 for 10 hours, SF Bay Area. This includes 2 photographers, a glorified photo booth (with dedicated booth photographer), an engagement session, and an album. We have a very experienced (and popular) photographer though, but we figured the expense was worth it.

Currently paying $4200 for engagement shoot, 9 hour coverage with 2 photographers, digital gallery available. (It's kinda alot in my opinion but we absolutely love her shooting style and her personality mashes well with us.) I'm located in Socal.
