BTW that price includes set up and delivery. We went with basic flavors- vanilla and chocolate, to save money. And we asked for the icing to be half chocolate and half buttercream. It's our not-so-sly shout our to our interracial marriage, our friends who have seen our inspiration photo always get a good laugh out of it!

$250 including delivery, but that only feeds 50 people. Getting several $20 Costco sheet cakes to feed everyone.

I'm paying $330 for three tier cake and the grooms sheet cake. Tier cake will feed 200.

My mother made ours so we paid for the ingredients and anything she needed which was about €150. If she was making it for a client it would easily have been over €800 as it was hand painted and had a lot of sugar paste lilies and pionee roses on it. It was a four tier cake.

That's a deal! Mine is 3 tiers for 100 people--$650 including delivery.

My tiered cake is $4 a slice (medium range in my area), and we are serving 100. You could always do a smaller tiered cake for looks and cutting and then have a sheet cake stored in the back when it's time for dessert. Great way to save money.

This is a bakery in a small town in IA.

Ours is about $1,400 for a 5 tier cake and a sheet cake. It is $5 a person for 300 people. We added in a white chocolate mousse that ended up being .50 cents more a person as well. Most bakeries I've seen are about $4-7 per serving.
