    We've been together for 12 years! We did everything backwards- tried for baby (not happening), bought a house and NOW we're getting married! Lol, we've been "engaged" for 11 1/2 years. I'm just terrible at planning.

    2 years and 3 months. But to me it feels so much longer, in the best possible way. I've known I wanted to marry him after 7 weeks of talking, and we hadn't yet met face to face. We were talking about marriage after 6 months together (New Year's eve 2018), but we didn't meet for another 2 months.

    I flew out to him in February 2019, and proposed to him a week after I came home. I'd thought about asking on the visit, but decided not to. He was even better in person than he was online, so I didn't need to think about it further. Smiley heart
