I think 4 but I'm not sure yet as we don't know which cake person we are going with and may have to do cupcakes

We're having a single tier cake with 8 dozen cupcakes of different flavors. We did it this way to make serving easier, and to let us have the cake we really liked while having options for everyone else.

My cake was two tiers, and it served just us Smiley smile We decided to take it on our minimoon and the guests would eat from our dessert table including cupcakes. Much easier than having someone cut and plate this, plus then we ensured we actually got some!

Think I'm going to keep it simple and do a plain 2 tier cake with flowers to serve 55 people and a few cupcakes (to serve the other 65, cause some people probably won't do any sweets at all) . The cake isn't super important to me and me and my fiance (and probably most of the people at the wedding) can't do sweets.
