I would have loved two (a modern take on the three-tier cake) but we only needed one tier since our venue included three dessert shots per person.

Ours was 3 tiers. We only had the top tier left and will eat it on our 1st anniversary.
We had donuts brought out as a late night snack. 2 per person and there were only a few left for us the next morning!

Hi Kayla! I LOVE this idea! An ice-cream truck will be so sweet (no pun intended) and very fun for your guests, too! And, you'll still have a traditional cake, too! Are you both on-board with the cake smashing?!

Yes we are! We actually have a board with 2 containers that will allow guests to place their bets on who gets the cake first!

We opted out of a traditional wedding cake, or any type of cake. We are doing donuts instead. 2-3 tiers and 1-5 tier. A similar setup as this one.
