Thatsa lotta people! I think it's nice if the rehearsal dinner can be a casual time where everyone can get to know each other and just kinda hang out for a bit. One of the nicest rehearsal dinners I went to (it was a destination wedding, so I was there all weekend) was at a very cool pool hall with appetizers, local beers and a video of the couple playing on several tv's. It was just great; relaxing, fun and not a fortune.

We ordered in pizza for nine people, including us. That included all of our ceremony guests except for two who chose to stay elsewhere, and two whose plane was seriously delayed.

We are going to have about 35. The wedding party & their dates, our immediate family, the sword archers and the officiants.

*Sigh* we had 50. That was the BP and spouses, and some family. My mom is a triplet so my family is like you can't invite one and not the other, which means EVERYONE is coming. It still was a blast!

I think we're at about 40. FFIL is hosting and added a bunch of aunts and uncles, otherwise we would have been at 25 with BP, SO's and parents. Not my idea of fun (strangers everywhere! holy anxiety!) but it's his wallet and his choice.

We are having 40 people at our rehearsal dinner. We have 5 attendents on each side and all of them are either married or have families. We are also inviting the people who are doing readings during our ceremony and, of course, our parents. Our bridal party has been amazing and has planned a dish-to-pass picnic style dinner because we ar not fancy people.

Our count is at 34. But that includes 4 of our kids and the kiddos of the Wedding party...
