How Many Dress Shops?

I visited two and tried on 16 dresses before I found "the one". The one was dress #7 or 8 that I tried on, and I said "I think this is the one" but I wanted to be sure and tried on several more afterwards, but I tried it on 2 more times and bought it same day.

I went to 9 different shops, went back to the first one several times and thought I found the one. But after it came in I decided I didn't love it. Now I'm back to square 1, but will be getting it from the first shop since I now have a credit to shop for another dress from them.

3 shops total. My dress wss #1 at the 3rd shop. Smallest shop of all and the best one.

I went to 5 bridal shops in total and found my dream dress at the 5th one. I didn't even try on any dresses at one of the shops since they didn't have anything similar to what I was looking for. I tried on maybe 6, 7 dressed max.

Just one! I had a short engagement and needed to make a quick decision! I think I tried on 6ish dresses, narrowed it down to two but really knew which I preferred, FT’d my mom and MOH to confirm the one was “the one” and that was it! Wedding dress selection over in 90 minutes.

3: I found mine at a going-out-of business sale at a very small bridal boutique at the third place I went.

I found my dress at the first store I went to! But I had that dress saved to my Pinterest board for years lol, so when I tried it on in person & loved it, it was a done deal! However, I still tried on 4 other dresses that day from the same store (so in total I tried on 5) & I actually almost didn’t get the dress from my Pinterest board but ultimately I did... since it was obvi the ONE! 😭❤️✨

I found my dress at the second shop that I visited!

I actually bought the first dress I tried on! I had saved my favourite dress for a few dresses in (you never try the favourite first!) so I was really surprised when I fell in love with that first one, since it did have a few features I hadn't wanted (much lower in the front than I'd wanted, and very narrow straps).

I'd booked in to visit two stores that day, so I did go to to my second appointment and try on a bunch of very different dresses just to see how they looked, and I also went back that afternoon to the first store to try on some final things before I bit the bullet. Honestly though? I was pretty certain after leaving the first appointment.

All the others told me "we don't have that dress but we have many similar that you can try on". I don't want similar, I wanna try that one. I have 3 (maybe 4) appointments in one weekend. My friend is flying from Michigan to Texas to be there for my shopping so I'm determined to find the dress that weekend.

8 shops, tried on around 50 dresses. Found my dress at the second shop but wasn't sure, ultimately went back for it after I hit all the other shops in the area
