How many days off from work did you take in advance of your wedding day?

My wedding is Saturday, 2.29.... but right now, it is MONDAY. I'm at work... DYYYYYYING. I can't focus, I have mentally checked out. I didn't take off until Thursday to save leave for my honeymoon, but I'm now thinking I should take another day in advance... for what? Because I'm useless here-- ITS...

    I will work Monday and Tuesday, then we Arrive in Vegas Wednesday. We depart on the next Monday and most likely I will be at work the next day.

    Oh that's so fun! enjoy the excitement!! I am getting married on the fourth of July and have Friday off for the holiday and that's all I'm taking. Fingers crossed that'll work haha!

    I took off the full week before my Saturday wedding and the Monday after. I’m really looking forward to that time off to take care of odds and ends!

    I'm only scheduled to take the Friday before off, but I also work from home and will likely end up making a half day on that Thursday also. I can't take much more than that since I'm also taking the following 3 weeks off for our honeymoon, and I have 3 major work projects that will be entering the launch preparation stage around that time. I'm planning to do as much pre-work on those as I can before the wedding so that I'm not scrambling when I return (or dreading returning to work while I'm honeymooning!).

    I'm getting married on 6/6/20. I took 6/3-6/16 off. (We are going on a mini moon right after the wedding)
