How many days off from work did you take in advance of your wedding day?

Since I was at work I just used google docs hahaha, but I basically just typed out a stream of consciousness of everything I was stressed/excited about. It was a great outlet for my stress and excitement to just write it all out, and it’s also pretty fun to read back in hindsight!

My wedding is also this Saturday, the 29th. My last day of work was this past Tuesday, the 18th. We took a short end-of-week trip for my FH’s sister’s birthday To Florida to go to Disney and now we’re in wedding mode.

View Quoted Comment I get the limited time we have since we have breaks throughout the year, but it does make it hard sometimes! We are getting married Easter weekend and have had a lot of complaints, but that’s the date that was best for us so 🤷🏼‍♀️. I can’t imagine being very productive week of the wedding though! My wedding is a Saturday and I took off Thursday and Friday before. It really just depends how much you have left to do! Maybe take half days for the rest of the week if possible ?

I'm getting married on a Saturday so I'll be taking Monday-Friday off and also the following Monday. I'll have family in town the week of and also lots of cooking to do before the wedding since we're doing it ourselves so needed the extra time off.

I also get married Saturday. My last day of work is Wednesday and I do not come back until March 12th.

We are coming back for a week before leaving for our honeymoon to get everything settled again since our wedding is out of town.

I wanted to leave right away but we needed to come back. I'll leave Thursday for the wedding come back to work on Tuesday, then leave the 12th for our honeymoon for a week.

My wedding is a Saturday and I took off the Wednesday before because my sister is in town!

My wedding is on a Saturday. I am taking off the Thursday and Friday before and the Monday and Tuesday after so I can have some time to unwind after the weekend.

Our wedding is on a Saturday, my last day of work is the Tuesday prior. I would request off more days, but I already requested a lot for our mini moon and it’s kinda hard to request off where I work since we’re always short staffed of nurses. I'll be doing my own flower arrangements and I'll need to go get last minute stuff squared away because I don't have a coordinator so I'm thinking take off Wednesday-Friday for my Saturday wedding. I also have that entire next week off for my honeymoon I can only imagine how hard it is for you to focus right now... lol

My wedding is on a Friday and I working till the Thursday before. I’ll be off for the whole next week as well because we’re going on a 7 day cruise 😍 22 days till the big day ! 💕 #BeatieWonAMillion

I was only going to take Monday and Friday off... but it turns out, my wedding is closing the business for a full week.
