How many carats is your engagement ring?

I honestly have no idea (and I don't particularly care! Haha)

Zero. My FH got me a sapphire that’s a teeny tiny 3mm stone. And I love it!

I have no idea honestly. Mine is probably similar but I live it. My advice is stroke his ego some. Lol keep gushing over it. Randomly say “omg it just sparkles in the light” also tell him how stranger keeps saying what A beautiful ring you have. Oh and take plenty pictures lol 😘

I think mine is a 1/4 carat. Honestly I’m not super sure. It’s not a huge deal to me. I really do not like flashy “bah bam”rings.

Mine is a .50 solitaire ring and my FH and I picked it out together (mostly because we have vastly different tsstes). It's absolutely beautiful and I love it. All that matters is that you love it. Men are conditioned to buy bigger and it's hard to overcome that pressure. Keep on stressing that you love it and your FH will eventually believe you.

I’m not sure why my last one posted before I was finished typing but here is what I meant to say. Thanks so much ladies. I love my ring. We picked it out together and had it custom made after we picked the diamond center stone. When we were picking it out we had narrowed it down to two choices of a .50 center stone and a .78. Of course the .78 looked a lot larger but it was also several thousand more and I just felt like it was too much so I told him I loved both but felt like the smaller was better for our budget and more reasonable. He feels like he should have splurged but I thought it was silly to go that much in debt for just a little more diamond.

My ring is 1 carat for the center stone, and then the halo and band diamonds add up to another half carat. I absolutely love my ring, but I would have been happier with just a single stone.

Honestly, it's beautiful and fits me perfectly. I make my fiance feel good by explaining that I wouldn't like a bigger stone as much. I've literally snagged my diamond on multiple things as it is! My personality isn't some over the top large diamond. He could have bought a bigger diamond, but he listened to my wants and bought the ring that I would love instead of just buying the biggest stone he could find.

Honestly tell him how much you love it. Tell him that it looks so big with your hands. That this size would be perfect for you. I personally don’t know and don’t care about my ring size but how pretty it is.

Mine is 1.6 ct

I've been looking at .50 ct stones in the rings I've been looking at. I have tiny hands so anything bigger looks like costume jewelry on me. As long as you think it's beautiful, that's all that matters. and if anyone wants to try to shame you because your diamond is "too small" that's their problem, not yours.

1ct and I love it. Unfortunately, I cannot wear it to work so I only wear it about 2-3 days out of the week 😔

Mine is a 1/5 ct but it doesn't look it as they're 5 small individual stones, so it looks smaller.

Honestly I don’t think it matters much about the carat size, as long as it’s sentimental and means a lot to both of you! It’s supposed to be a symbol of your love anyways, not meant to be a popularity contest in my opinion. I’m not sure how many carats mine is, maybe 2 if I were to guess
