I have six & I think it’s the perfect number! I really love all of them & as long as your ladies are there to truly support you & your marriage, then it’s a true blessing. I thank the Lord every day that I get to have such a helpful, sweet group of dear friends to surround me as I prepare to marry the love of my life. It also just makes the stress easier to handle because they can help you through it & having them is just plain fun! (:

I have 5 all together my fh is still only stuck on 3 and for some reason refuses to have his brother in it he says it’s because his brother dyes his hair like a teenage emo girl but I think there’s another reason (sorry I’m a therapist and I always look for unnecessary emotional issues)
So my fiancé and I both had 9 in mind at first but then decided that was way too many so we got it down to 6 on each side! Then I found this blog about the bride explaining what she did for her wedding which I fell in love with! I still really wanted those other 3 ladies in my wedding some how so I decided to do this thing called a something blue crew! Which the blog explained it as they will where blue to the wedding and will be my something blue on my special day, so then they’ll still be apart of my day but not be a bridesmaid.. if that makes sense!

Same here. Covid was a great opportunity to eliminate the stress of who to include and who not to include so we have eliminated a traditional day of wedding party. We are incorporating special details for those we would like to acknowledge in other ways.
I am having 4. A maid of honor, my two best friends from high school and my future step daughter. We are having a small wedding so I was afraid it would be too many, but we have shared so much thru the years, I want to share this too.
I have 12 bridesmaids,1 Maid of honor and 1 Matrain of honor. I know we have a very huge wedding party but it's all my important people that will be there standing right behind me.
