How early and too early to go wedding dress shopping ?

Nope. I got my dress about 19 months before my wedding. It was perfect timing for me and I’ve consistently loved my dress. It’s better to start looking sooner rather than later.

It's definitely not too soon. It may take a couple of trips to find the right dress and then I've heard it can take up to 8 months to get it in

Found my dress 20mos before LOL ..I think now is the perfect time for you to start looking as you’ll want to have one ordered at least 8 mos. out before the date.

Never too early

I found my dress about a year out and didn’t get it until 2 months before the wedding! Apparently the brand I picked is handmade when they get an order in 🤷🏻‍♀️

I started shopping for my dress a year in advance. Found and purchased it at about 11 months out from wedding. They said it would take up to 8 months to come in. It came in in 6 months. So I would say the sooner the better! That way if you don’t find one at the first few stores you try, you’ll still have time. My first alterations appointment is this week, at about 3 months prior to the wedding.

It's not too early! My dress is bought and our wedding is the week after yours. They also told me a firm 8 months, so you never want to wait too long either and limit your choices!

Not at all! I started 13 months in advance. Most places told me to order 8-10 months in advance.
