I ordered this dress and tried on the one in my size and I love it BUT the small scallops that hang are all flat and look odd. The one I tried on (pictured) they had been fluffed out, likely just from multiple people trying it on. I'm wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks to "fluff" this part out? The details are almost like circles that have been folded in 4ths and tacked on by the point, so if I were to just turn it upside down, they would just flop over rather than open up....if that makes any sense, hard to describe.
