How do uninvite someone to my wedding.

Theresa, on June 4, 2015 at 11:22 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 12

I need some advice on how to uninvite an old coworker to my wedding. I quit my old job because I could not stand working for my employer and all my coworker and I seemed to do was complain about her which made work hell. We both had mean opinions about our boss. Well after I quit I found out she told my boss that all the reasons I gave for quitting were a lie and that she didn't want me to come back and visit because she felt ackward around me.

My old coworker hasn't talked to me since I quit. I already gave her a wedding invite but now I don't want her there but I don't know how to uninvite her. Any advice will help.

Once you extend the invitation, it cannot be rescinded.

Agreed with Kit and Kaboodle. On the bright side, There a chance she doesn't want to attend.

That's what I figured. I would feel alot better knowing that she won't be there instead of worrying if I would have to ask her to leave if she shows up.

There is no way your old coworker is going to show up to your wedding after all that. Don't worry about it.

Has she RSVP'd yet to the wedding? She may not want to go.

And no you don't ask someone to leave once they are at your wedding.

Completely agree with Emily. Asking her to leave once she arrives would be remarkably rude.

It's a done deal, my friend. If you have an issue with her, seat her and her plus one in the back of the room. That's the best you can do. Uninviting is not an option.

I agree--she's not going to show up. If you feel she might, just leak a little info to a mutual friend that you know she betrayed your trust by carrying stories about you to your old boss. That will do it!

    I don't think she'll come so I wouldn't worry too much about un-inviting her.
