How do I say "We like kids, we just dont want yours at our wedding"??

I am getting ready to send invitations here shortly so I need some blunt advice. Our nieces and nephews will be attending as well as two teenagers from out of state but other than that I don't want anyone else bringing their kids. I know I will get some backlash from my cousins on this and I don't care, I am mostly concerned with not offending His side of the family. How do I explain that SOME kids will be there but yours aren't invited?

Adult only reception for us. It's just a preference thing really.

The only kids or should I say kid that's at our wedding is my niece who is my flower girl. Everyone that is invited either doesn't have kids or they're teenagers. If they have kids, they're more than welcome to come. My FH pure bread German Shepard will be at the wedding. So we got a fur baby

It should be all or none so no ones feelings are hurt. You might see them as a problem but they might not.
The only kids invited to mine are immediate family and the flower girl and ring bearer. Everyone else we are telling them they deserve a night off
