Hi all!
Husband of one of my bridesmaids is strictly vegan. We were able to make the vegetarian entree vegan but I am having trouble making the some of the hors d’ouvres and appetizer pasta vegan as well.
How much should I cater to his diet? He will be able to eat bread, salad, an entree and one of the desserts. Should I try to make more changes? I don’t want the experience of my other guests to be affected.
