Wow - kinda like our story. We went to preschool together, then elementary, then high school. We were friends in elementary then kept running into each other post high school. He never married, I went off and got married, had two AWESOME kids then became unmarried, lol. We re-connected through FB and now.......the rest is history! We are in our very early 50's, btw!!!

We met our freshman year in high school and after 2 years of asking me out I finally said yes! We got together at the end of our sophomore year at 16, almost 10 years later and still going strong

We met in play group when we were little. Our parents had gone to high school together and we ended up going to middle and high school together and were super close but didn't end up dating until we were in our 20's.

Was having a rough month on and off with a 5 year relationship where the other party was a habitual liar,sexting any1 he could. So I kicked him out,and about a week later went out for 1 drink to relax and several men offered to buy me a drink and I politely declined, then the gentleman to my left that I really paid no mind turned to me and said Where DID YOU COME FROM? I laughed it off,he offered me a drink,I declined,but I bought him one
He made me laugh all night, it was what I desperately needed. So he asked me on a date,and I explained I was newly out of a relationship, so after he kept calling and calling for about a month. I figured he was worth getting to know,I kinda liked his persistence, and it's been wonderful ever since.

My friend and I went to Friday's for dinner and my fiance was our server. He was very sweet, attentive, and good at his job, but I didn't think anything of it. He brought us out receipt and he had written his phone number on mine and a little note about how beautiful I was and that he would love to get to know me and the rest is history!

We met in high school! I was a freshman, he was a sophomore. My best friend at the time was dating his best friend. They eventually broke up but my friend stayed friends with Alex. She introduced us and we instantly started talking every single day. We were just friends at first but we knew we would marry each other. We started dating October 2007 and have been together ever since! He proposed in July 2016, and we will be married September 2019.

We both got dragged to a house party by our friends, it was a pretty lame party lol not a lot of people there but I saw him and he caught my eye. I started talking to him bits and pieces, he is super quiet but I found that intriguing. At the end of the night him and his friend walk us to my car his friend says "can WE have you guys number" I said sure thinking I was going to get FH number, nope lol his friend ask for my number and FH stays silent. I give it to his friend and he text me right when I get home after about 3 text I tell hey no offense but I really wanted to talk to your friend and he was cool with and said he would give him my number. Next day FH text me while I'm at out to eat and the rest is history lol.

I always tell FH I pulled him ahahaha.

I met him December 1st 2014. I remember this only because it was the first day of training and also some lady read my hand once and told me I was going to meet the love of my life (I was on a date at the time) December of that year. I didn't think she meant so literally! (Also, I just think this is a funny coincidence lol) I remember meeting him and we instantly got along. After about two weeks, I saw him at the airport going home for the holidays and I ran up behind him and tried to scare him. We had a great lunch and we almost missed our flights because we were talking so much! After the holidays we started talking a lot more. We weren't allowed to date so we just texted and we'd hang out with each other a lot. This went on for another five months while we were in training. He was told he was going to California for language training and a few weeks after that I got told I was going too!! We left to California the exact same day, but we were on different flights. So he wrote me a plane letter and I had to read it while he was sleeping on my lap. I cried and I still cry when I read that letter. I was about to go on the plane, he called my name, I turned around and he kissed me for the first time. We had dated for over a year and had an amazing time! We wanted to marry each other but unfortunately the military was not so kind to us and we were going to be seperated for three years. We decided to break up because at the time it seemed like the most reasonable thing to do. We never let each other go though, slowly we rebuilt our friendship and I was in a relationship with someone else. When things started getting serious, I realized I was still completely in love with my FH. I broke it off and spoke to my FH over Facebook. He told me he never got rid of anything I gave him. He took pictures of the letters, the pictures, the hammer I used to hit him with. So I went to him a week after that and I hadn't seen him in about a year. It was like nothing had changed. He was still that goof I fell in love with three years before that moment.

FYI the hammer is inflatable and squeaks lol I don't hit him with an actual hammer..

We had a mutual friend in college and met once my junior year. Then, by chance, we lived next to each other my senior year. He had a girlfriend and three months later we began dating. 15 years later we are getting married!

In high school! We were both doing pole vault, aaand also both dating other people. The other relationships barley lasted a month after we starting talking and hanging out. We were sure from the beginning

We met in high school, our junior year. We had English class together I was new to the school and started the second half of the year. He wasn’t there my first day but on the second day i saw him for the first time and we just knew. 7 Year’s later we are about to become husband and wife

We went to high school together but were only minimally acquainted then. Fast forward about 13 years after we had both been married and divorced, and we became Facebook friends. We started talking and hit it off right away. We dated about 10 months before getting engaged, a total of a year and a half before getting married, and we've been married for almost 8 years so far!

We met on Tinder. He messaged me and we would message via tinder. Then we exchanged numbers. When we first spoke on the phone we spoke for 8 hours straight. After 2 weeks we met up. 2 and a half years later he proposed.

We met in French class, second day of Freshmen year. We were introducing ourselves in French when he blanked when coming to me. I tease him now that he was so overcome beholding me he couldn't even remember his own name. Instead he said his name was "escargot" and we became fast friends after that. I moved the middle of junior year and he wrote me an email saying he couldn't stop thinking about me and wanted us to try a relationship. We broke up after high school but reunited several years later after he made a list of all the qualities he was looking for in a partner and I was the list. It's been bliss ever since!

We met in kindergarten. We lived in the same small town, did first holy communion, confirmation, high school & graduated together. We had a few classes together but we weren't in the same group of friends or date. After graduation FH went in the army then eventually ended up in the same town as me again. We never even crossed paths even though we lived about 1/2 mile from each other. Then 17 years after graduation, one day I saw him on Facebook & friend requested him. We started talking & after 9 years together were finally getting married in May.

I met my FH at a game night at a friends place. I was covered in paint and had just come from working on a mural. We played a few board games and hit it off and then went out for karaoke. A few months later he came out to see me (hes in Arizona and I'm in california) and we went to a renaissance faire. That's where we fell in love.

Tinder. We met in a public park and sat there talking until 430 am. We're getting married in that park in 8 days.

We met 4 years ago on the football field. It was my first day (new school, never marched before) and he helped me out. Apparently he was scared of me, but we became friends because we had a lot of classes together and sat next to each other in the stands at the games.
