We met on OK Cupid, started talking and then we met up for our first date that wasn't a date it was a friend outing. We went to Chinatown in Chicago, he had never been, on the train ride back to the suburbs the weather got terrible with tornado warnings and trains stopped running, so we played chess on his phone while waiting for our train to move. He then got a new kitten and introduced me to him, I gave him a kiss and from there its still being written.

We don't really admit this to people but we met on the whisper app. We had started talking about rainy weather and how we both worked in hospital kitchens. After a while of messaging back and forth we decided to meet in person and hang out since we had so much in common. One thing led to another and I'm so happy it did. I can't imagine life without this man. ❤❤

We met at a swing dance. It was his first time and even though he wasn't a good dancer I thought he was really cute so danced with him a few times. We shared some common interests and he got my number, but we just stayed friends and then he moved out of state. We kept in touch, I dated other people and then after a particularly bad breakup swore off ever dating again. That is when he told me that he wanted to date, but we didn't start until he moved back to my state.

We met on Hinge. I was about to delete the app and he had just added the app. We both deleted the app together after our second date and committed to the relationship. Just shy of a year later, we got engaged and now we are getting married in his hometown in only 33 days.

My FH and I met at work, well I was at work at least! I was working a flight out of Las Vegas 5 years ago and he was catching a ride back to Philadelphia. We started talking during boarding and he said he had actually been following me on Instagram. The flight was full so he had to sit up front in the flight deck (he's a pilot) so we couldn't chat during the flight. When we got to Philly we went our separate ways but kept in touch on Insta, we eventually exchanged numbers and texted back and forth for months. We went our our first official date 4 months after meeting and asked me to officially be his girlfriend a month later. We moved in together after our 1 year anniversary and engaged after 3 years of dating. By our wedding date of 12/12/2020 we will have known each other almost 6 years and been together for 5 years.

I always love thunderstorms, needless to say I couldn't have been happier.

We met in college. The first time was through a mutual friend, he was being introduced to people around the dorm, and I remember he kept talking to my roommate and hitting it off with her lol. Fast forward to the next semester, my FH, myself, and our mutual friend shared a class together, and by some strange chance, our mutual friend did not sit between us, I ended up sitting in the middle, and we always joke that if our friend had sat between us (it was just funny because we didn't know each other that well before that), then we might not be getting married haha.
