Another successful online/dating app story!!

We met the first week of junior year in high school at 16! A few months of awkwardly flirting and a first date over thanksgiving break we’ve been together for almost 8 years now! The teacher who is now a great friend and mentor of ours whose class we met in is now going to be our officiant.

After I got out of the military back in 2014, I enrolled in college in 2015. A little while later, I met FH in a creative writing class where were technically forced in a group for a project. We've been friends ever since and started dating in 2017.

We met on a dating app as well, Plenty of Fish. We talked for a few days and she asked me on a date and didn't expect me to say yes (I lived an hour and a half away). I said yes and drove down there (expecting to be stood up, but was going to take myself out lol). It turned out to be the best decision of my life! We clicked instantly and have since moved in together and have built a beautiful life together! Next step is marriage and I can't wait!
