Honeymoon May 2022 Recommendations

Does anyone have recommendations for a honeymoon destination in the Caribbean for early May 2022? St Lucia, St Thomas, St Croix, Turks & Caicos, Aruba are all ones we're considering. I've also been told Belize is a great location so any input there would be welcome too. We want somewhere relaxing on the beach with good drinks, good food, and friendly locals. Ideally with a little shopping from the local small shops that offer more non-commercial items, somewhere with historical landmarks/tours or even something like a rum factory tour as an example for easy going partial day excursions. We are looking for laid back enjoyment not full tilt non stop adventuring since we haven't had a vacation in 4+ years. TIA!
