Honeymoon in January

We are having a winter wedding in January and are trying to figure out places to Honeymoon. Suggestions? Also do you have recommendations for travel agents? We are from New York state and would like to go to another country but don't want to spend over 4k (hopefully less than that). Preferably for about 7 days.

Europe would be great for you to go to from New York. It would be cold but I imagine being in new York you're used to the cold.
