Egypt would be such a cool honeymoon destination. I was so interested in ancient Egypt when I was a kid. I'd love to visit someday!

How long are you planning on going for?

My brother and SIL did a river cruise through Viking! They saw pyramids, tombs, rode camels, etc and loved it!

I went to Egypt in 2004. It was an amazing experience and truly a wonderful memory. I lived in Scotland at the time and booked our trip through a high end tour company. My hotel had views of the pyramids while we laid by the pool. If you're going to go make sure you don't do it on the cheap for the safest and best experience. My two most memorable experiences were actually being able to go through the tunnels into the inside chamber of a pyramid and seeing the Sphynx.
