infusing jars! 
WW Bride Tribe! I have been steeping 8 cinnamon sticks in a 1.75L of Black Velvet whiskey for about 2 weeks to make a homemade cinnamon fireball whiskey as part of our wedding favors. I split the 1.75 into two clean quart jars with 4 sticks in each. I covered them, and let them do their thing!
What you need:
- 1 bottle of whiskey (1.75L) – I used inexpensive blended Canadian whiskey
- 8-10 Organic Cinnamon Sticks
- 200 ml (approx 6.5 ounces) homemade simple syrup – boil equal parts Organic Cane Sugar
and water until sugar is dissolved, let cool
- Cheese Cloth for straining
- Small airtight jars
