Hired vendor on wedding wire

If you are on the app go into the planning section and find the vendor. Click the little flag icon in the top right corner of their picture. It will move to your hired vendor tab.

Just an fyi I marked mine hired a while ago and have never received the $25

View Quoted Comment I didn't realize that wedding wire was sending emails about the 25 certificate. They don't just send it to you, there is a fee and you have to claim it. My email was from wedding wire rewards and it said claim your wedding wire reward. I thought it was spam at first.

View Quoted Comment The vendor also has to respond to confirm that you did in fact hire them as well so that can hold it up. My venue doesn't get on here often but I have a good relationship with the owner so I just asked her and she got on to approve it.

Yea I got an email saying that my venue did indeed confirm I had booked with them. Otherwise I am thinking I would not get one if they had not confirmed yet. This redirected me to a weddingwire page where it asked me to claim my reward. Once I did, it told me I would receive it within 30 days. Ill let y'all know what happens!

I've received 2 $25 so far. You have a choice between a virtual card or to have an actual card mailed to you. There's a $3 fee if you want it mailed though.

Hi Nikki! You have one pending reward, which you can check on the My Rewards page in your account. This reward is just pending the vendor's confirmation, so I'd definitely reach out to them and remind them to mark you as booked within the messages section of their account.

I have booked 2 vendors and I’ve never seen anything about rewards pending. On the app they’re in my hired vendors section but when I search the vendors on the website it only shows them as favorites.
