I'm so sorry that you're having to deal with this! Honestly, I would postpone. You have a large guest list and it's going to be difficult to downsize and pick who you want there. Also, I'm sure you've paid for a 300 person wedding & having to cut more than a 3rd of that is a significant loss of money if not refunded. I'm in the same boat with our 250 & I'm considering postponing AGAIN. I don't want to risk anyone's health, although they have a choice to come. Maybe do something small with family this year (less than 20 people) and have your big day next year on you guys' anniversary!

Our guest list has 215 but we are thinking about narrowing it down to 150 just because so far my venue said if there is any guidelines they won’t allow events over 150. We are trying to wait just so we know for sure.
