Not sure what exactly you need advice with. If you are just starting to plan, then you need to figure out a budget and guest list prior to doing anything else. After that, I would look for a venue. Venues often need to know your budget and approximate guest count which is why I would recommend figuring out those things first. If your venue doesn't offer catering then that would be the best thing I would select. There are a ton of checklists you can find online. My mom gave me a wedding planning book by The Knot. I have linked it below. It was very useful and I was able to keep everything in one spot. They also offer a budget planner on their website. I'm not sure if WeddingWire offers the same thing. I used The Knot for organizing and WeddingWire advice. I used both for locating vendors. When it came to emailing wedding vendors, I created a separate folder within my email that all wedding communication went into so I could just look in one spot.

My second wedding i basically haven't done nothing yet. Cause I'm trying to plan this whole thing by myself. From the catering, to venues, and everything else

Are you really getting married in 14 days? If so, what have you done so far? With a little more info, everyone on here will be able to provide better advice.

Have you booked a venue yet? A caterer? A photographer? Those are the most important things (besides your dress and your fiances outfit) that tend to book up very quickly.

You need to decide on the venue probably first. Many places are going to be already booked so your best bet is to rent a hall that don't typically have weddings. Or do it at someones house that is willing to host. Catering probably next, since it's christmas eve, you might run into places closed or already at full capacity for that night. Get your dress right away. Find a suit/tux for your husband to buy at kohls or something that can he can just fit right into. You won't have time to order anything.

Ask a friend that you know to do photos. Any photographer will most likely be booked or not working since it's a holiday.

Do you have anything booked yet?

You aren't being very clear on what you actually need help with. If the first wedding doesn't need anything, then move on to the 2nd one. When is that? Still 2 weeks away? Start researching venues
