Help! Vendor won’t add to one but add to another

When you add the vendor to what? Your WW vendor list? If so, just keep the vendor in catering only. I mean, you already know they’re doing your flowers too. Not all that necessary to have them listed twice.

Try adding to the catering section and see if it puts them in the florist section

It doesn’t. It list them in catering and kicks out my actual caterer and shows nothing in flowers.

I didn't realize people actually fill those in.. What does it do to fill them in? At the end of the day you're still going to know who your caterer and florist are.
