Help Pick Our Wedding Menu!

Help Pick Our Wedding Menu! 1
We are currently deciding on food for our wedding. Our guests will be nibbling on canapés during cocktail hour and then they will be fed a three course meal, alternate serve.

I am thinking for entree to have the pork belly + braised veal (or alternatively the prawn tortellini). For mains we will definitely have the chicken option but I am not sure of the other choice!
I would love to hear from others as to what they would pick (2 options for each). Note we will have a set menu (separately) for our vegetarian/ vegan friends.
Thanks!

Truthfully, only you know your guests and what they like. These are very beautiful and complex menu options.

If it were me and knowing MY guests and what they would like best - I'd opt for the Prawn (we have no one with shellfish allergies) and Potato Gnocchi or substitute Prawn for Veal (A lot of people don't like / eat pork and it can be controversial so, I'd never pick that for any type of event I'm hosting).

Main - Roast Barramundi and Chicken - Knowing my guests, they wouldn't eat anything else on that menu (I might substitute Salmon for Barramundi but more people are picky about salmon than sea bass).

I think having a fish option is always nice for people who many not necessarily want meat, but are also not vegan/veg

For me personally, if it were my wedding, I would go prawn + gnocchi, then chicken + salmon or barramundi. My side of the family likes fish more, whereas my fiance's family likes chicken. We are also going chicken + sea bass for our main courses.

Looks like a great menu! I would eat all of it lol. Good luck!

I would make sure that for each you have a non-red meat and non-pork option, so a fish or chicken, given different religious restrictions on types of meat.

Would do the chicken and beef for the mains and the prawn and pork belly or gnocchi for entrees

This is a decision for you and your FS. Maybe draw in your family, if they'll know what your guests would like.

We tried to pick out a fish, a poultry, and a red meat, as well as having lots of vegetarian options for those guests who don't eat meat.
